Our warehouse is located next to a Federal Express Ground hub, which allows us to provide the quickest possible turnaround times for you.
For bases and accessories
- Orders for bases only will ship via a small package delivery service (usually FedEx Ground).
- Our small package delivery service is used for items which are small (less than 130" in length and girth combined) and lightweight (less than 150 pounds).
- We have optimized our packing process so that bases are securely and properly packed for small package handling.
- For orders of larger quantities of bases, we have the ability and experience to know when to pack them in a crate which can be shipped by truck - resulting in cost savings for you.
- If a specific delivery date is needed, please contact us in advance so that we can take the necessary steps to meet your timeframe.

Our warehouse is located next to a Federal Express Ground hub, which allows us to provide the quickest possible turnaround times for you. We have personally carried small boxes to the FedEx floor. If you have a last-minute, late-day emergency, we can get your package into the carrier's hands right away.
